This website introduces the proposed Independent Commercial Diving Alliance, its intended membership pathways, technical work and contractor assurance approach. Information about proposed services is illustrative and may change.

Nothing on this site grants membership, certification, approval, audited status or regulatory compliance. Proposed ICDA standards and guidance are not substitutes for applicable laws, national regulations, approved codes of practice, competent professional judgement or contractual obligations.
Standards comparisons
Any standards comparison matrix is a draft explanation of intended scope, not a verified statement of equivalence or superiority. References to IMCA, IOGP and other bodies do not imply their endorsement of ICDA. Comparative content requires technical review before authoritative publication.
